Dorchester County Water Authority bills are due upon receipt. Payments received after the 10th of each month are considered late. Accounts with late payments are considered delinquent. DCWA reserves the right to issue notices, apply additional fees, or interrupt the service of any delinquent account. Typically accounts scheduled for disconnect are 30+ days past due.
