Commercial Service requires a $100 refundable deposit and a $25 non-refundable activation fee to open an account. 

You will be billed monthly for all water usage. If you do not receive your bill, contact our office. All bills are due and payable when rendered. Service will be disconnected if payment is not received by the 10th day of the month. A $50.00 delinquent fee will be charged once disconnected. All scheduled services will be completed by 3:00 p.m. on the requested date. Same-day service requests incur costs of $25.00. Requests for after-hours (after 3pm) services are $100.00. Fees will be automatically applied to your account.

Commercial customers with inground sprinkler systems are required to have a backflow preventer installed on their sprinkler systems. The backflow device must be tested annually. DCWA maintains test results for commercial customers on our system. Annual inspection results should be submitted to our backflow department.
